All BOQ Credit Card accounts, will incur a $2 paper statement fee each month they are issued a paper statement, debited to their account in the following statement period. This may be waived in limited circumstances. Receiving statements electronically means not having to pay this fee.

Will my Credit Card eStatement look the same as the paper statement I receive in the mail?
- Yes, the PDF eStatement will look the same as your paper statement and it's legally acceptable. For record keeping purposes, you can save and print your eStatements in the same format as a paper statement.

How do I update my email address to receive electronic communications?
- You should first log on to BOQ Internet Banking and confirm that your email address is correct. If it's incorrect, please update it by calling us
on 1300 55 72 72.
- If you find that the email address is correct but you did not receive an email notification, please check your junk/spam folder of your email account and add donotreply@boq.cardservicesdirect.com.au to your Safe Sender list.

Are eStatements and other electronic communications secure?
- eStatements are password protected so only you can access them. When you open your eStatement or other electronic communications, you need to make sure you close all open browsers in order to protect your account information.
- It's recommended that you remove the temporary internet files from your internet browser after viewing your electronic communications.

How do I switch to receive Statements and Notices electronically?

- 1. Log on to BOQ Internet Banking with your Customer Access Number (CAN) and Personal Access Code (PAC)
- 2. Select your Credit Card Account and click 'Q Rewards / Other Card Functions'
- 3. Click on 'Manage your Credit Card' > 'Communication Preferences'
- 4. Confirm the email address that we will send your statements to is correct. If it's not, change your email address by calling us on 1300 55 72 72
- 5. You will also be asked to set up your password.
- 6. Agree to the Electronic Communications Consent
- 7. You'll then be asked to verify the information you've supplied to us, if it's all ok, click on confirm and you're all set.

When will I receive my first eStatement?
- If you opted in to receiving eStatements via email, you will be enrolled within 10 business days of submitting your registration request, and will receive your first eStatement the next time a Statement is issued for your account.

Will I be charged if I opt-in mid statement cycle?
- You will not be charged if you have opted in mid statement cycle.

Do I have to log in to view my eStatement?
- We will send your eStatement to your nominated email as a PDF attachment that is password protected. You can also log on to BOQ Internet Banking at any time to search and view up to 7 years' worth of statements.

How do I retrieve my electronic communications password?
- You can't retrieve your password for eStatements but you can reset it with the following steps:

- 1. Log on to BOQ Internet Banking with your Customer Access Number (CAN) and Personal Access Code (PAC)
- 2. Select your Credit Card Account and click 'Q Rewards / Other Card Functions'
- 3. Click on 'Manage your Credit Card' > 'Communication Preferences'
- 4. Click 'Edit' and enter your new eCommunications password.
- 5. Click 'Continue'
- 6. To confirm the update click 'Confirm'

What is the default password for electronic communications?
- Your default Password is your date of birth in the following format DDMmmYYYY (i.e. 10Jan1990). You have the option to change this to a password of your choice.
- For added security, you're advised to change your default password immediately. Refer to the question 'How do I retrieve my electronic communications password?' for instructions about how to do this.

Can I view statements for previous cycles on BOQ Internet Banking?
- Yes, you can access up to 7 years' worth of statements through BOQ Internet Banking.

Can I access someone else's eStatements?
- No, only account holders can access their own eStatements.

Can I save my eSatements and statements in BOQ Internet Banking?
- Yes, you can download and save any of your statements as a PDF on your computer.

- Yes, you can print your eStatements and statements in Internet Banking at any time.

How far back can I retrieve my statement in BOQ Internet Banking?
- You can search and view up to 7 years' worth of statements on BOQ Internet Banking.

What if I need electronic statements that are older than 3 years?
- Statements are available online for a period of up to 7 years.

Can I still view eStatements and statement in BOQ Internet Banking after an account has been closed?
- You can still view your eStatements, especially if you saved them on your computer. However, when an account is closed, It's no longer accessible on BOQ Internet Banking, so you wont be able to view your past statements. Prior to closing you account, make sure you print or save any statements you may require.

Can I choose to receive both eStatements and paper statements?
- No, once you have enrolled for eStatements, you will no longer receive paper statements.

If I am a supplementary card holder, can I enrol for eStatements and other electronic communications?
- No, only primary account holders are able to enrol for and receive electronic communications.

Can I de-enrol from eStatements and other electronic communications?
- Yes, you can return to receiving paper statements and notices by de-enrolling from electronic communications at any time.
- Please note that if you choose to de-enrol, you will be charged $2 per paper statement. This may be waived in limited circumstances
