Important Information
Q Rewards® Points are earned, allocated, redeemed, forfeited or cancelled by eligible cardholders in

call 1300 206 349. Merchandise items are available to redeem from 1 May 2014 until 31 July 2014
or until stock runs out. Details of points required to redeem rewards are subject to change without
notification. We may at any time and in our discretion without notice withdraw, limit, modify, cancel
or increase the number of Reward Points required to redeem a particular reward. Applicable delivery
charges (freight) are included in all reward points for products. Points + pay amounts will be charged
to the Primary Cardholder’s credit card. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
1. Gift with Redemption Promotion: Bonus earrings from Pica Lela are white gold CZ diamond-like
earrings valued at $49 RRP. Product comes in gift box, includes 5 year warranty. Earrings size shown
on back page not to scale. Only available until 31 July 2014 or while stocks last. Primary cardholders
must use their BOQ reward points to redeem any merchandise featured in the Q Rewards catalogue.
This does not include Apple branded merchandise, gift cards, travel vouchers, experiences or cinema
ticket redemptions. Eligible cardholders will receive one pair of earrings per redemption made. The
earrings will be delivered to the cardholder at the same time their reward is delivered, or in the case
of certain rewards, separately.
2. Take Flight is operated by Pinpoint Travel Group Pty Ltd, Licence No. 2TA002974. Travel booked
via the call centre must be paid in full using the cardholder’s BOQ Rewards Credit Card, with a
cashback processed to the value of points redeemed. Cashback on cardholder’s account may take
up to 14 days. Redemption via the Take Flight call centre is available only to cardholders enrolled in
the Q Rewards Program and is not available to cardholders who enrol in airline frequent flyer direct
earn rewards programs. All offers are subject to availability and change without notice. Offers may
vary according to itinerary options, currency fluctuations and taxes at the time of booking. All offers
are based on certain travel dates, other dates available, prices may vary. Prices are correct as at
7 February 2014 but are subject to change at any time without notice. Flight restrictions,
cancellations, and reissue fees apply. Package subject to availability at time of booking, seasonal
surcharges and blackout dates may apply.
3. White Grass Ocean Resort: Prices shown are per person, twin share, based on travel 1 May
to 30 June 2014, 1 August to 19 December 2014 and 1 February to 31 March 2015. Minimum five
consecutive night stay required for offer to apply. Maximum two persons per booking permitted.
Bonus inclusions are limited to one time per stay per room. All travel must be completed within travel
dates listed. Flight details must be advised at time of booking in order for transfers to be included.
Not combinable with any other offer. Subject to availability at time of booking. Savings shown are
per couple based on complimentary night and complimentary Yasur Volcano/Tanna Highlands Safari

4. Namale Resort: Prices shown are per person, twin share based on travel 1 May 2014 to
31 March 2015. Minimum five consecutive night stay required for offer to apply. Not combinable with

5. The Sebel Brisbane: Prices shown are per person, twin share based on travel 1 May to 27 May
2014, 29 May to 26 June 2014 and 14 July to 26 September 2014. Valid for stays Friday, Saturday,
and Sunday only, surcharges apply for stays all other nights. Minimum three consecutive night stay
required for offer to apply. Maximum two persons per booking receive complimentary American
breakfast. AVIS all inclusive car hire is for an economy three door manual vehicle and is inclusive
of LDW, CRF, PLS, VRF, GST and administration fee. Additional charges apply for Excess Reduction,
One way rental fees, tolls, and refuelling services fees. Please note surcharges apply on AVIS vehicle

stay per room. All rooms are subject to a mandatory daily resort fee of USD$26.00 (inclusive of tax),
per room, per day. The hotel will collect this fee and guests will be responsible for payment directly
